Polycarbonate Sheets, Films and Laminated Board
PlsTect supplies standard polycarbonate sheets, optical films and sheets, and 3-layer or 5-layer laminated polycarbonate structures for industrial sourcing, distribution, fabrication and component development. Our range also includes performance-enhanced options for surface durability, outdoor exposure, optical control, static control and fog prevention.
Why Choose Polycarbonate?
Polycarbonate combines high impact resistance, lower weight than glass, transparency and broad fabrication flexibility. PlsTect provides material and structure options for protective panels, viewing areas, display covers and fabricated transparent components.
Impact Resistance
High impact resistance makes polycarbonate a practical choice for equipment windows, guards, covers and other transparent protective parts.
Low Weight
Compared with glass, lower weight can simplify handling, installation and the design of larger or mobile transparent components.
Transparent Protection
Clear, tinted and optical polycarbonate options support visibility, appearance and light-transmission requirements across industrial applications.
Processing Flexibility
Polycarbonate can be cut, drilled, CNC machined, bent, printed and formed. The material grade and surface configuration are matched to the required process.
Polycarbonate Selections at PlsTect
PlsTect supplies polycarbonate in three primary material or structure routes: standard solid sheet, optical film and sheet, and laminated polycarbonate. Buyers can compare material form, thickness, dimensions, color, optical level, quantity and downstream processing before selecting a specification.
Standard Polycarbonate
Our standard solid polycarbonate sheet range covers selected grades from approximately 1.5 to 12 mm for material supply, distribution, transparent protection and further processing. Final dimensions and availability are confirmed by grade and quantity.
Optical Films & Sheets
Our optical polycarbonate film and sheet routes cover selected grades from approximately 0.05 to 6.0 mm for display, optical-cover and precision converting requirements. Grade, surface and effective width are matched to the target optical performance and process.
Laminated Polycarbonate
PlsTect supplies 3-layer and 5-layer laminated polycarbonate structures with total thicknesses from 13 to 32 mm for demanding transparent protection and project-specific structural requirements.
Polycarbonate Supply and Specification Options
PlsTect supplies polycarbonate by sheet, film, laminated structure and fabricated-part requirement. We match material form, thickness, dimensions, color or texture, treated side, quantity, packaging and downstream processing to the purchasing or project specification.
| Sheet Dimensions | Solid-sheet routes include selected widths from approximately 1200 to 2100 mm and standard lengths up to approximately 6000 mm. Optical film and sheet routes use grade-specific effective widths. |
| Color and Surface | Available color and surface options include clear and selected blue, green, brown, smoky gray, opal, semi-transparent and textured routes. The final option is confirmed against grade, dimensions and quantity. |
| One-Side or Two-Side Treatment | PlsTect provides one-side and two-side UV-protected or performance-enhanced configurations where the selected product route and thickness support the treatment. |
| MOQ | MOQ is quoted by material route, dimensions, surface configuration, processing requirements and order quantity. Share the required specification and volume for a supply review. |
| Samples | Samples are available for selected materials and project stages. Send the required thickness, size and surface option so we can identify the appropriate sample route. |
| Surface Protection and Packaging | Surface protection and packaging are arranged for the material finish, dimensions and delivery method, including protective masking and packaging formats suited to handling and transport. |
Polycarbonate Options for
Surface, Optical and Environmental Performance
When a standard or optical polycarbonate substrate needs additional performance, PlsTect provides dedicated product routes for surface wear, outdoor exposure, glare, reflection, static control and condensation. Select the route that matches the part’s operating environment and acceptance criteria.
Surface and Weather Durability
Hard-Coated Polycarbonate — A polycarbonate substrate combined with a hard-coat system to improve surface durability and abrasion performance. Choose this route for transparent parts exposed to handling, cleaning or repeated contact.Weather-Resistant Polycarbonate — Configured for outdoor or UV-exposed parts where long-term clarity, color and surface appearance matter. The material, UV configuration and exposed side are matched to the service environment.
Optical Control
Anti-Glare Polycarbonate — Reduces reflected glare to improve readability under bright or variable lighting. Choose this route for display covers, interfaces and viewing areas where distracting reflections affect use.Anti-Reflective Polycarbonate — Reduces surface reflection to improve apparent transmission and visual contrast. Choose this route where clear viewing through the transparent surface is the primary optical requirement.
Operational Environment
Anti-Static Polycarbonate — Helps manage surface static and dust attraction around sensitive equipment, clean manufacturing and controlled work areas. Electrical and surface requirements are matched to the application.Anti-Fog Polycarbonate — Designed to reduce condensation-related fogging where temperature or humidity changes can obstruct visibility. Choose this route for viewing areas and covers exposed to moisture or rapid environmental transitions.
Choose Polycarbonate by Requirement
Start with the requirement that drives the purchase. Use the routes below to move from supply, optical, structural or operating conditions to the appropriate polycarbonate option.
Standard Supply and Processing
For regular sheet supply, resale, stock programs, cut-to-size requirements or general fabrication, start with standard solid polycarbonate and confirm thickness, dimensions, color, quantity and processing format.
Optical Clarity and Appearance
For covers and viewing areas requiring controlled clarity, haze, transmission, glare or reflection, start with optical polycarbonate film or sheet and add an anti-glare or anti-reflective route when needed.
Thick Multi-Layer Protection
For thick transparent structures or projects requiring multi-layer construction, use 3-layer or 5-layer laminated polycarbonate in the 13–32 mm range and confirm geometry, installation and structural requirements.
Surface and Environmental Performance
For wear, outdoor exposure, static, fog, glare or reflection, select the matching performance-enhanced route: hard-coated, weather-resistant, anti-static, anti-fog, anti-glare or anti-reflective polycarbonate.
From Polycarbonate Sheet to Usable Parts
PlsTect connects substrate selection, surface configuration and fabrication planning so the supplied material can move into finished-part production. Coating side, heat input, geometry, printing, bonding and surface protection are considered together.
